Knowing your limits is so important in order to bridge the gap between staying the same and improving.

Recently I've been working on improving my fitness, after nearly a year of focusing on maximal muscle building my fitness levels are far from optimal. As I enter competition prep, my goal changes... I am focused on getting leaner, increasing fitness while retaining muscle.

It's important to accept the process ain't easy! But neither should we expect it to be. Begin to enjoy the feeling of pushing yourself. Break through past limits - an extra rep - an extra 1 minute of cardio - that extra 1kg.... it all adds up ????

To break limits we must be prepared for and embrace failure. Its am inevitable notion of life! Take in the lessons that can be learned through failures.

Don't allow fear of failure to underestimate your abilities to navigate through the possibilities and come out stronger on the other side.
